Absolutely horrendous service. Guy Hands completed a valuation on my business, I’ve paid the invoice as due before the value was issued and still not received the value (done 5 months ago). Have since complained to the company, however this just goes to a family member who has completely ignored the complaint. I will be taking this to the ombudsman next. We just recently completed on property in Coventry. I can easily say that Debbie is one of the best estate agents I had a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgable, with a practical and pragmatic approach. Debbie had whole sales process easily under control and it was always possible to reach her via phone and discuss anything that was needed at the time. Generally property sales can be a bit complicated often with unexpected moments, but Debbie made it look and feel very simple and easy. I recently used this guys for a homebuyers report. I found them to be very helpful and they were easily the best price I found. My survey was carried out on the Monday and the report was ready within 2 days after that. The report itself was very clear and concise without any nonsense just useful and insightful information delivered. I almost didn't get a survey done, but considering how easy this report was to decipher, I'm very pleased I did. Absolutely terrible. Valued my house far below what it was worth when 5 other estate agents were all consistent on price. Im my opinion, they have no idea about the market, how to price a house and didn’t seem like any research had been done as other similar houses sold for much more very close by. Ruined a part ex deal for me, was incredibly negative and unpleasant showing him round my house.
