Just want to Thank Chris and team but Chris especially for what became a very long sale and purchase. Although he was not my estate agent but the one I was purchasing off ,his communication and keeping in touch to help me through a very stressful time was brilliant and appreciate it much. A well recccomended estate agent and lot of support.

Absolutely terrible. Valued my house far below what it was worth when 5 other estate agents were all consistent on price. Im my opinion, they have no idea about the market, how to price a house and didn’t seem like any research had been done as other similar houses sold for much more very close by. Ruined a part ex deal for me, was incredibly negative and unpleasant showing him round my house. I would never recommend working with this agent as it’s the most terrible experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent.

Staff at that branch is good in customer service but the other office who deals in letting service booked an appointment and after viewing property increase the Rent within 10minutes.
