We saw a property that looked interesting in St. Michael's and phoned James Oliver in Tenterden to arrange a viewing. We were told they were far too busy to help and that we should call back in a week. They didn't take our details or offer to contact the owner to see if they would be able to do the viewing. I would be pretty irritated if I was the owner and my agent was rejecting viewings and being so unhelpful to prospective buyers! Plenty more houses for us to look at, ideally none of which will be ones marketed by James Oliver... Read more
