Leanne, Duncan and the rest of the team at Savills provided a very professional service with regards to our house sale in Sissinghurst. Duncan was on hand in the early days of the process to provide helpful advice (sale vs rental, price, market conditions) even before we formally committed to engaging Savills. They have in depth knowledge of the local area and provided sound advice on a fair and achievable valuation for the property. Viewings were conducted in an efficient manner, calls/emails were always answered promptly and the team were proactive in chasing the buyer and their legal team throughout the sales process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Savills.

Their web site does not give normal e-mails and forces customers to use their fill-in form, which it seems is not read by thee staff. This system of e-mailing means the writer does not keep a copy in their normal mailbox. Most unprofessional. I tried to use their on line form to request a valuation, but got no response. I then had to telephone their office which is not easy for me during the daytime, as I am in meetings or traveling. I received a frosty and indifferent reception, but was assured that a valuation would be done. I then received a note saying that a booking had been made for the valuation, but it is now nearly two weeks later I have not heard anything from Savills. I assume they are not interested in business. Trying to initiate business with them has wasted two weeks of marketing time.
This company needs a major shake up. If you are buying or selling a property you expect an agent to be polite and responsive, and to attend promptly to the basic things that any new customer would expect.
