We had the good fortune of dealing with Hannah. May we just say that Hannah is a different level, she understood what was needed negotiated above and beyond what was initially required. Having been in the industry ourselves we feel it is important to give credit where credit is due! Thank you for the amazing service. Although sadly our let didn’t go through, through no fault of our own at least Hannah knew she let it.
Definitely recommend if you are looking to rent or buy out this way.

I have used Jago & Jago for the last 10 years since I first put my property on the letting market. As I was working full time, I needed an agent that could manage the property professionally and efficiently for the tenants, as well as myself as landlord. They have delivered an excellent service during that time, always quick to respond and to resolve any issues that crop up. It is lovely to work with a traditional "family" business and to be able to communicate with the same people you have got to know over the ten years. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

I have had the genuine pleasure of having my single letting property managed by Jeremy and Hannah Jago, Annette Hughes and the rest of the team since 2014. I was initially a nervous landlord and didn't/don't have a large cash flow to manage property issues. However, Jago and Jago have been superb at guiding me through processes and mandatory requirements, are supremely helpful and always ensure I am provided value for money quotes for work. I am happy and my tenant is happy, so I think that's a good measure of Jago and Jago's support.

I rented my flat for 4 years with Jago and Jago. Through every renewal they couldn't have been more helpful, even if the agent dealing with the property was unavaible there was always another member of staff willing to pass information along or deal with the matter themselves to avoid any delay. When it came to moving on, the process was quick and simple leaving one less thing to be stressed about when moving house.

We have used Ashton Burkinshaw for all our farm property rental for more than 10 years. They have done an excellent job in this time and with the change in current regulations on rentals they have kept us up to date, so that all rentals are done in the correct manner and we stay the right side of the law. I am not sure this is something that we would of managed to keep up to date with ourselves. By having them as an agent it gives us peace of mind. They are always there to give advice and particularly valuable when dealing with end of tenancy issues like claims on the damage deposits.

We have dealt with Ashton Burkinshaw both as a tenant and as a landlord. We have found them to be professional and fair to both sides when dealing with issues. They are willing to accomodate special needs of clients. Their fees are reasonable. The contracts are worded in easily understandable language, and are not excessively one sided or legalistic.

I have been a client of ABS for the last 10years. All team members are very professional and as such have always provided an excellent service. The management fees are very competitve and consistant with the market. All tenants have been managed to a high standard with inspections being regularily carried out supported by concise reporting. The Team are well trained in all current regulatory standards hence I am confident that all necessary safety regulations are in order. I would have no hesitation to recommend ABS as an agent.
