I can't recommend the team at Rush, Witt, Wilson highly enough. Their care, attention and customer service is second to none. They went above and beyond to help us find buyers for our property under extreme time pressure and guide the sale to completion within the required time frame. RWW we judged to be the best because (a) they talked with realism, (b) they were empathetic, and (c) their price estimate was believable. In the event their work was 100% satisfactory. More than that, they worked hard, communicated well, only arranged buyer viewings that were good possibilities, and after about 7 viewings, found the perfect buyer of our home. We first came across James and Kelly late in 2018 when we purchased our current house via R W & W. We were very impressed with their attitude and helpfulness - beyond what we expected - especially when there were some hurdles to cross. So recently, when having to sell a relative's house, they were the first to call and were the most reasonably priced out of three we enquired about and their advice was particularly appreciated. We have just finished the sale and are very happy with the way things went. Also note, house buying and selling is usually quite stressful - but Kelly is particularly helpful with her banter.
