We have over 4 decades of real estate experience buying, renovating, selling and as landlords in Australia and England.
As a result, we have had manifold interactions with real estate agents over that time. Those very many more interactions than most people will have had, we believe, qualifies us rather uniquely out of that extensive experience, to authoritatively be able to rate an agency.
Jeremy and his dedicated team immediately struck us as the right people to market and sell our property, right from first point of contact.
They backed up our initial impression of them all the way through the marketing and sale finalisation process, with tremendous levels of efficiency, diligence, determination, crystal-clear communication and honesty.
We have never had cause to doubt choosing JDM, they are a cohesive team, who pull together to get a great outcome done for their clients.
Equally, over the course of the campaign, it was the warmth, engagement and positive, good humour that made the process feel more that of dealing with friends, rather than an agency.
Needless to say, despite somewhat tough market conditions for a property such as ours which isn't a mainstream offering, they came through with a pleasing result for us.
Never once, was there any question of them taking the easy way out, such as a lesser agency might well do, by simply convincing us to be slashing the asking price.
No. JDM always maintained our best interests in all of their endeavours, no matter the challenges or amount of hours required of them to be committed to the task.

We had 4 estate agents come round to value our house. We instantly warmed to Jeremy and really trusted his valuation and honest feedback. His valuation was spot on and the experience we received from start to finish was outstanding. Jenny and Emma in particular were incredible, always pushing to get us exchanged as quickly as possible as we’d already moved our children’s schools so in a rush! They worked so well with our solicitors and the rest of the chain but most importantly they were brilliant with me who’s normally a complete stress head.
