My wife and I recently completed on a house in Eltham, through JDM Eltham. We started working with Scott at the end of 2023, and viewed many properties with him before an offer was finally accepted in the first half of 2024. Scott was patient throughout and showed great energy and tenacity in trying to find us a house based on our requirements. We greatly appreciated his professionalism, integrity and all round knowledge. Above all he is a decent guy to work with, and understands how to get 'emotional transactions' over the line. We had a couple of hiccups along with way, given the number of parties in our chain, but Scott was constantly on hand to smooth out the bumps in order to get the transaction done. Very grateful to Galena as well for keeping the transaction moving along at pace to complete in a very short space of time. We wouldn't hesitate to contact Scott and the team in the future to find us another home. An extremely competent team. Highly recommended from a Selling and Buying perspective. Not only did they do a fantastic job marketing, advertising and showcasing our home, but they also used their energy and expertise to help facilitate the exchange of contracts.
Things you can expect if you use JDM Eltham:
