Gemma at JDM Estatet Agents was top notch! My husband I and were first time buyers and Gemma was incredibly helpful and great with communication. She was always in contact with us and prompt when meeting with her. We had to arrange multiple viewings of the house and she was always happy to accommodate. She was very knowledgeable of the property and area. She was super supportive and always in touch with us to keep us updated during the process. We couldn't recommend her enough and JDM! Initial advice maybe didn’t work out so well to market before Xmas and at higher price not so worth it, however I appreciate the ‘don’t ask don’t get’ approach. From there the comms were strong and the handover from sales to after sales was seamless. Always a stressful process, but could see the effort being put in to drive process and the patience when it got stressful was impressive

JDM have been absolutely fantastic with the handling of my sale and purchase that I even asked them to list my in laws property. The whole team are very approachable and always go above and beyond to help assist with the process of selling and buying which is one of the most stressful things in life to do, they always make time to email and call even when they are very busy. I would reccomend anyone who is looking to list to use JDM.

Excellent estate agents. Very professional from first contact through to completion of sale. Chose them because of the great coverage they have with many offices in the region. We had lots of viewings very quickly and secured a credible buyer faster than we anticipated. Overall we would happily recommend JDM Petts Wood.
