Lea was polite and professional and Richard took us through the complications of the purchase and was extremely helpful, calm and collected despite the agent for our sale being extremely pushy. We bought our first flat with Gemma at JDM Blackheath - she was really helpful guiding us through the process, arranging extra visits to see the property when we wanted to check things and helping us discuss questions with the seller. She's also super lovely! Would definitely check in with JDM whenever we're next thinking about moving (not for a long while yet!)

Initial advice maybe didn’t work out so well to market before Xmas and at higher price not so worth it, however I appreciate the ‘don’t ask don’t get’ approach. From there the comms were strong and the handover from sales to after sales was seamless. Always a stressful process, but could see the effort being put in to drive process and the patience when it got stressful was impressive

DISREPUTABLE
Contacted this agent three times with no response. Office said Lizzie was dealing with the property and would get back. No reply. The property was falsely advertised as available but was no doubt "under wraps" Lizzie did not exist ( did not eventuate!) Previously this agent also undervalued my property by 80,000 compared with other market estimates

Excellent estate agents. Very professional from first contact through to completion of sale. Chose them because of the great coverage they have with many offices in the region. We had lots of viewings very quickly and secured a credible buyer faster than we anticipated. Overall we would happily recommend JDM Petts Wood.
