We recently sold our house through JDM and would highly recommend. After several months trying to sell with another agent but no luck we switched to JDM and noticed the difference immediately. The team were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent throughout and the process was smooth and well organised from managing viewings to finalising the sales process. A big thank you to the JDM team who made a normally painful process much easier than expected!

We cannot recommend JDM in Locksbottom more highly. Jeremy and Emma were amazing from the beginning, it wasn’t an easy house sale and from the moment we put it on the market they were incredibly professional and kind. Emma especially was wonderful to deal with. Thank you to the team x

Very happy with jdm from a buyer side. The team has been very helpful throughout the process, acting as the bridge between me and the seller, clearing off communication barriers, offering practical advice, and eventually leading to contact exchange and completion in a very restrictive timeframe. I had a great experience with Jake at jdm Eltham from start to finish. He was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Jake always took the time to answer my questions (there were so many!) and keep me updated. His knowledge of the local area and attention to detail made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. I could not recommend him more to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I listed my property with JDM for over 12months. They advised me to accept an offer to sell without checking if the buyer had a mortgage offer in place (he did not). It took almost 3 months of waiting to progress the sale before I started to push JDM to find out the buyer had no mortgage in place and the sale had fallen through.
I had instructed solicitors and incurred £600 in failed fees all off the back of the advice given to me by JDM.
JDM does not qualify prospective buyers positions before arranging a viewing and from my experience ,even before presenting offers to a vendor.
I moved my property to KFH. It was sold in less than 3 weeks. 5 viewings, 4 offers and my sale was progressed impeccably.
I would urge anyone to think carefully before using JDM. From my recent experience I would strongly suggest avoiding.
