Recently worked with Gemma on a flat purchase and she was brilliant in helping push the sale over the line. She was proactive, kept me informed throughout the process and was always approachable and professional. She was also very knowledgeable and if there was ever anything she didn’t know, she was honest about it and took the time to find out rather than giving vague answers - something I’ve unfortunately experienced with other agents.
My only criticism would be that the original listing could have been clearer regarding the ownership and rights surrounding the courtyard. Aside from that, it was a positive experience, I'm extremely happy to be in and I’d happily recommend Gemma!

Billy was outstanding.
