I have found working with Scott and all at JDM Eltham a very positive experience. They showed care consideration and support throughout the process. We had 4 estate agents come round to value our house. We instantly warmed to Jeremy and really trusted his valuation and honest feedback. His valuation was spot on and the experience we received from start to finish was outstanding. Jenny and Emma in particular were incredible, always pushing to get us exchanged as quickly as possible as we’d already moved our children’s schools so in a rush! They worked so well with our solicitors and the rest of the chain but most importantly they were brilliant with me who’s normally a complete stress head. We are currently selling another property in another area and I can honestly say the estate agents are nowhere near as good. JDM get 5 stars, they were absolutely brilliant! Thank you!

Initial advice maybe didn’t work out so well to market before Xmas and at higher price not so worth it, however I appreciate the ‘don’t ask don’t get’ approach. From there the comms were strong and the handover from sales to after sales was seamless. Always a stressful process, but could see the effort being put in to drive process and the patience when it got stressful was impressive

Selling and moving can be stressful but I’d like mention JDM Chislehurst as a perfect partner to list and sell your property.
Jake , our agent , was most helpful , attentive and knowledgeable

Excellent estate agents. Very professional from first contact through to completion of sale. Chose them because of the great coverage they have with many offices in the region. We had lots of viewings very quickly and secured a credible buyer faster than we anticipated. Overall we would happily recommend JDM Petts Wood.
