The office is open Monday to Saturday and is situated at the start of the village overlooking the Heath and All Saints Church, so is in a great location to take advantage of the many visitors attracted by the famous landmarks, shops, restaurants and bars. All of our staff are motivated to find you the right buyer in the right timescale and to provide an exceptional experience for buyers and sellers throughout the process of moving home. Our aim is to try and make the moving process as painless as possible.

I have just bought my house through JDM Blackheath, and I wanted to say what fantastic service I received as a buyer. The chain was somewhat lengthy, and there were various complications along the way. Both Gemma and Stuart were wonderful throughout. They were always available to speak to me when I called, and they did everything they could to ensure that the purchase got over the line.
Both Gemma and Stuart were so kind, personable and understanding. They kept me informed of every update, and when I was panicking and feeling despondent, they were calming and reassuring. The service feels very personal, and that they genuinely care about both the vendor and the purchaser. Both are so knowledgeable and experienced within the property market that I knew I was in the safest of hands throughout the course of the long transaction.
Finally, on Friday 11th October 2024, my purchase completed! I will always be forever grateful to JDM for ensuring that it all went through, and thanks to them I now have my lovely home. I would also like to say a big thank you to Alison who made a great effort to rearrange her diary on Saturday 6th April to enable me to view the house that day.
