WARNING !!! Dreadful, don't use, completely misled. After our mum sadly died flat put on market. Not 1 phone call to give progress I did all the chasing, 2 viewings in 6 months, told cash buyer (had house to sell) NOT CASH BUYER, took out all white goods as CASH BUYER DIDN'T WANT THEM (not cash buyer)!!!! Blah blah blah that's only a snippet for you. Jessops took off the market and told potential buyer not for sale without any instruction from executor, potential purchaser dropped out. Changed agent, stress levels 100% thanks for that!!!!!... Read more

Worst ever estate agent- do not use!! Don't follow up prospective buyers, don't respond to emails, have put 2 offers in with them for propertys which haven't even get to the sellers and never phoned back on I only know this because a drind who lives in the same road has spoken to the sellers. They won't phone you back or respond to phone calls - totally useless... Read more
