Good staff excellent service

Let our tenants leave with our fridge freezer and washing machine. No deposit or forward address kept by this agent. Allowed garden to become overgrown whilst assuring us all was well. We allowed a small dog in tenancy. Neighbours told us a full size bulldog had been in residence. In short find a different agent.its for your own good.

We recently used Entwistle Green for both sale and purchase. The staff (especially Rebecca, Emma, Nicola and Oliver) at the Morecambe branch has been efficient and very helpful. They handled some difficult situations with empathy and professionalism. I would highly recommend them. Thank you guys!!

Had my house on the market with 2 other agents and finally made the move over to Entwistle Green. They had more viewings on my house in the first week than the other agents did for the whole I was on the market previously and got me an offer within the first month. The staff were honest and professional and I would have no hesitation in using them for my next move.

We bought our first home through Farrell & Heyworth and the service we received couldn't have been better. Suzanne at the Morecambe office was so helpful, and so responsive whenever we had any queries (which was very often!). Can't comment on the selling side, but I'd have no qualms recommending F&H.

SELLERS BEWARE nearly lost my house purchase , farrells found me a buyer for the property i was selling who already had a mortgage lined up, and then promptly talked them into seeing their mortgage advisor who talked them into getting a different mortgage through them, this put weeks and weeks onto the chain and my new purchase nearly fell through because of this. so sellers beware farrells do this with everyone who needs a mortgage to buy your property which is nearly everyone. damn greedy for commision on everything, and couldnt lie straight in bed never again
