Pleasant experience I put the house on at too great a value and after 3 weeks without a view was advised to drop value to offers over.
Within 1 week we had a viewing and an offer which we were not happy with so the agents went back to the client with our valuation and it was accepted.
3 weeks later after a return viewing the sold sign has been put up.
Fingers crossed for a speedy conclusion
