All the staff at the Lancaster branch were professional, friendly and competent, Special thanks to Kerry Oldfield and Mathew Kitchen..They kept us up to date throughout the process and all our queries and questions were dealt with swiftly and efficiently .We are very satisfied with the price achieved. My wife and I are both in our seventies and we have moved house a number of times. Viewing properties was easy to organise - the person who lead the viewing was very professional and knowledgeable. Process of putting on an offer was straightforward, and handled well by the agent. Kerry in Sales Progression was also fantastic in helping communicate with vendors, and in suggesting local surveyors/solicitors to go to. We recently sold two properties and purchased one with Lancastrian Estates and they were nothing but exceptional from start to finish. We viewed a property that was advertised with Lancastrian and from that experience we decided to sell our two properties with them and we were not disappointed. They arrange block viewings on both properties that we were selling and both sold in a week! The communications from everyone that we dealt with were fantastic all the way through and they kept us up to date on a regular basis with the status of each property.
