Very unprofessional! If I could of given 0 stars I would. After purchasing my property via another R&B estate agent, I went to collect the extra set of keys from Farrell Hayworth as they were joint agents I was given the keys by a member if staff, but Elliot decided I could not have them. He physically grabbed me to try to stop me leaving and became threatening to the point he “offered to meet me after work to sort me out!” Very unfortunately! I eventually left with my keys, very angry and disgusted with this agent .... Read more

I would never recommend this company to anyone,they eventually sold my home to the couple that were the 1st to see it,but they had to sell theirs 1st. Seeing their property was also for sale with F&H so they just concentrated on that sale,which first time fell through with a lot of lies about cash buyers! A real bad experience all round,communication was almost nil always me having to chase them for updates even up to completion,I had by that point placed them on 28days notice,suddenly things began to move.
