John, Teresa and Sarah-Jane have just helped me complete the sale of my house, they got me more than the other estate agent in Grove Park said the house was worth and we completed in less than 8 Weeks. Thank you so much for your service and answering all of the questions I had, myself and my partner are over the moon, if you are selling a house in the Grove Park area don't waste time with the other agents use these guys .

Top notch estate agents. Family run business producing a very efficient and professional service. Easy to deal with. I tried at first to sell through an online estate agent without success but when I moved to JBRL they got the job done very quickly. I'd highly recommend them.

I was extremely impressed with JBRL, they are the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. As soon as I phoned them, I knew that they were the estate agent I wanted to use to sell my late father's house as they were so friendly and professional. My father sadly died after an offer had been accepted and Teresa was amazing through this difficult process. We paid the up-front non-refundable fee which was a reduced price but this did not mean that the service we received was reduced in any way at all. Teresa found us a buyer very quickly, negotiated a price both parties were happy with and kept in touch regularly with both myself and the buyers until the sale had completed. I would highly recommmend JBRL for anyone looking to buy/sell or rent in the area.

I recently sold my house through JBRL in Grove Park. I found them to be incredibly helpful at all times. Theresa coordinated the sale extremely well, keeping both parties fully informed. She took a great deal of time explaining things that were not clear. They are highly recommended.

I have been a tenant with JBRL for 3 months and they have been able to help with any questions or maintenance issues that have arisen so far. I am pleased that they manage the property and I can deal with John and the team face to face in the office as and when I need to.
My last agent was a large company and the person who helped me find the flat wasn't able to help with the random repairs that were needed over the 2 years I was at the property as they had a central office for the property management department and the people in that office were less than helpful.

Exemplary all round service. Specifically the speed of finding tenants exactly in line with the criteria set around timescales and acceptable offers. Additional and appropriate advice offered even when no direct gains were to be made for the agent. Very friendly and accommodating service.

My boyfriend and I had just moved to London from abroad and needed to find an apartment ASAP. We viewed the flat on Tuesday, and was ready to move in on Saturday of the same week! John was really helpful and kindly answered all our questions (we had quite a lot, not having lived in the UK before). We were really happy with JBRL and how they handled our situation. John was always available by phone, and we would definitely recommend anyone to use JBRL! We love our new apartment!
