We asked 5 different Estate Agents to come see the house, to explain what was needed for us to get it on the market and importantly, for us to get the most realistic and honest appraisal. Matt was the last agent we saw and we knew immediately we would go with him. Matt took his time to explain things properly, he was honest either way us and realistic. This helped us to manage our expectations and to be able to plan better. Matt was involved at every step of the full process at all times. He ensured movement kept up momentum at the buyers end and helped us navigate some of the challenges. Matt’s approach blunted a degree of stress from the process which really helped. Some will call you back, some will never respond and leave you dangling at the end of phone being passed from person to person. We were impressed by their ambitious and strategic approach. The property was marketed well and we had an offer on the first day of viewings. Due to the lockdown, it took several months to eventually complete. But despite the uncertainty and challenging circumstances, Waymour and Parr were extremely communicative and responsive throughout and kept the sale going. He took the time to get know us. Understand who we were and what we wanted in a house. Most importantly of all Matt managed the buying process through Corona exceptionally. Keeping an open communication channel between both parties and managing expectations throughout.
We liked him so much that we used him to sell our property which had been stagnating on the market with another local "award winning" agency. Within a week he had succeeded where they had failed miserably over the preceeding 6 months!

Matt helped my partner and I buy our dream house, and was with us every step of the way.
The previous owners were a little eccentric (to say the least!), and the moving process could have been drawn out for weeks if not for Matt's excellent diplomacy and negotiation skills.
He was always on the end of the phone when we needed him, whether by call or text, and he consistently went above and beyond what we would would have expected from an estate agent.

Had fantastic service from this amazing team of young individuals who helped me house me and my wife and two kids, very happy with the one to one interaction and the thoughtful gesture of a lovely basket of snacks and a little teddy for our daughters, I was worried about working with a unfamiliar estate agent but was highly recommend by a friend of a friend. I will go back to this lovely team if I ever need to sell or buy again.

Excellent service!
An estate agent that is genuine and honest. I was purchasing the my property and whilst I wasn’t Matt’s direct client he was fair and patient throughout a difficult process- but this was not on his side. If I’m crazy enough to go through this process anytime soon, I won’t hesitate using Waynour Parr and I also wouldn’t hesitate recommending this Estate agent. There is nothing I can fault!
