Acorn Estate Agents, particularly I would like to talk about Nathaniel who was the agent that helped me all through the renting process from acorn. Nathaniel was very helpful especially in areas of referencing. He was constantly calling to tell me what next to be done etc. The referencing agent that acorn used were too demanding, but Nathaniel was there to explain things to me for better clarity. Also, I told him the kinds of furnitures I wanted in the house, even the landlord didn’t supply all I asked for, Nathaniel made sure I got 80% of what I asked. In all, my experience with acorn was a nice one. Customer service was good. Thank you Nathaniel for your help all through. Let me not forget to say, I like the finishing of the house.

We switched to Acorn Grove Park to sell our house in Downham last year after a poor experience with another local agency. We were very impressed with Acorn's branch manager Oliver and all his team, they had a very professional approach and a strong work ethic whilst being friendly and approachable. We were kept fully informed at every step, and were always able to speak to someone if we had any queries. Acorn got us a decent price for our house and handled our sale promptly and efficiently. We felt their charges were reasonable.

I'm a first-time buyer and completed my first flat purchase on 18th October 2019, and the process was nowhere near as painful as I thought it would be due to the amazing team at Acorn, especially Joe Wheeler who was my main contact. Joe was extremely professional and friendly and was always contactable and on hand to answer any questions I had. We completed our purchase with Acorn on the 20th December 2019. I have to say the best service received from Joe Wheeler and all of the team during the process (we had 3 purchase fell through before, and seen over 50 properties, so had many experience with different estate agents) and I can honestly say Acorn, Joe & earlier Jack Power was far the best! Joe was a great support all the way in the process, keeping us in the loop, chasing information & people for us. I couldn't have wish for a better person & company. Highly recommended!

Stacey from John Payne was extremely helpful and responsive during our search for a new property. Although we did not rent through this agency eventually (simple because we found another property), I would definitely bear them in mind in case I will need to look for a property again.

I have been a client with Acorn Estate Agents for the past 25 years in buying, selling and renting properties.
I have found Acorn Estate Agent to be the best in South East London for Lettings and Sales.
I had a property up for rental in the Catford area and I have been dealing with Adam Slaney from the Brockley branch, this is the first time I had to deal with Adam
I found Adam to be courteous,
Go that extra mile and very pro-active, full of enthusiasm, very driven will always inform me when he has viewings.
Adam got my flat rented within a week.
