I'm a first-time buyer and completed my first flat purchase on 18th October 2019, and the process was nowhere near as painful as I thought it would be due to the amazing team at Acorn, especially Joe Wheeler who was my main contact. Joe was extremely professional and friendly and was always contactable and on hand to answer any questions I had. We completed our purchase with Acorn on the 20th December 2019. I have to say the best service received from Joe Wheeler and all of the team during the process (we had 3 purchase fell through before, and seen over 50 properties, so had many experience with different estate agents) and I can honestly say Acorn, Joe & earlier Jack Power was far the best! Would definitely recommend.
After being on the market with several estate agents over the last four years, Ollie and his team nailed it.

Ollie- the branch manager- is brilliant. Very friendly, easy to get hold of and responds to queries very quickly with regular updates throughout the buying and selling process. Although Acorn aren’t the cheapest, acorn grove park absolutely worth this through their hard work and brilliant client skills.

I worked mainly with Jon (Mook) but also Glenn (Maher) to sell my house and they both did a great job.
Looking at the argument of traditional high street agents versus online ones I’d recommend Acorn and these two anytime.
One of my life rules is I don’t mind paying for things - so long as I’m getting my money’s worth... and that’s exactly how I felt with these two.
Yes they’re expensive (compared to online only) but they earned their commission, they never put their foot off the gas in the process of selling my home and they did a superb job right up til the point of exchange - and hopefully now beyond too!
Well worth it...
