We dealt with Acorn as purchasers - so weren't their client - but had an excellent experience throughout anyway.

Joe showed us the house and was professional and helpful, but Oliver took over for the transaction and we cannot speak more highly of him.

He was attentive throughout, and patiently addressed all our questions. Where there were gaps in his knowledge he was honest about it but would commit to finding out and got back to us on time every time.

There were some issues with the seller's purchase which resulted in almost six months between offer and completion, but despite that, Oliver made the process for us as smooth and as painless as could be hoped for.

Now that we have our house we aren't planning to move again any time soon but if we were, we would definitely use Oliver.

We'd had trouble selling our property with another agent but as soon as we got in touch with Acorn at Grove Park everything changed. There was a vibrancy and energy within the team and this must have transferred to potential buyers because we had a steady stream of viewings. Within two weeks we had buyers and even during lockdown we were kept informed. This was our eighth sale or purchase with Acorn spanning 33years. To conclude....marvellous!

Acorn Grove Park Estate Agents have been excellent in facilitating the purchase of our new home. As first time buyers, this was a whole new experience for us. The estate agent (Oliver) was helpful throughout. He was easy to contact and willing to answer any questions we had. He also proved useful when dealing with our solicitor and settling negotiations between us and the sellers. The team worked hard to earn their money. I was so happy with the way my house was marketed as a home and not just another property. I was kept informed and updated at all times. Daisy was everything we dreamed of from our estate agent: very knowledgeable, super efficient and determined to secure our sale at the best possible price. There were plenty of bumps along the way for us, not least the pandemic and ensuing lockdowns, but Daisy batted on and always looked for solutions rather than dwelling on the problems. I could not recommend Acorn Dulwich enough, and more specifically the wonderful Caroline!
