Overall I had a good experience with Acorn although not everyone was as helpful/good.
Nathaniell Ward who helped me find a new property to rent was incredibly helpful and very quick to answer and sort any issues. The manager Matt Lanninge was equally very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately the experience with the admin team was definitely not as good, everything was cumbersome and at times not so pleasant. I had to go each time back to Nathaniell to smooth things over, which he always did. Hence the 4 stars only.

Stephanie Carson is an excellent estate agent. From the minute I first met her, 8 long months ago, she was on my wavelength, quickly understanding what I was looking to buy and not wasting my time on viewings of unsuitable properties. She found me a great flat and did everything she could to help the purchase, until I had to withdraw. Despite that, she then set to and found me another flat very quickly, which was in a better area and even nicer. She was like a terrier in trying to speed through all the details and answer the queries I had, was constantly in touch with me, the seller and the seller's solicitors to try and resolve problems, and she was always cheerful and straight talking. I was very impressed by her and would definitely want her handling any purchase / sale I might make in future!

These guys were seriously amazing. I could not recommend them highly enough. I switched agents to Acorn because of the seriously poor service I had received from my previous agent. Acorn were very sympathetic to all the drama I had been through and really looked after me. If you want an agent who is professional, experienced, reliable and most importantly honest then these guys are for you. I was so fed up with the previous lies I was spun through my other agent. Acorn's honesty was a breathe of fresh air. The whole team are friendly, helpful and refreshingly honest.

Fantastic team ALL round! Max, Lilliah, John - I think we ended up speaking with each and everyone of them, each member of staff treated our move like it was their own case as opposed to passing the buck if a team member wasn't in.
