This company should not be trading they have been removed from the PRS by the trading ombudsman for illegally withholding landlords deposit . Stay well away from this company and do not ask them to rent your property unless you want them to knowingly sub-let it numerous people. Basically they are company of thieves taking advantage of landlords destroying their properties and withholding deposits

Our experience with APX Properties in managing our rental property was very disappointing.
There were consistent delays in receiving rental payments each month. We also faced issues with the tenants placed in our property.
Despite being informed that the tenants were fully vetted and that monthly inspections were being conducted, we encountered repeated noise complaints from neighbours. It was later confirmed that the tenants had been subletting the property without our consent. When we inquired about this, the agents stated that they communicated with the tenants outside the property and did not conduct thorough internal inspections.
This lack of internal inspections resulted in significant damage to the property within a short period, despite the property being newly refurbished before the tenancy began. We requested the removal of the tenants, but the agency indicated that they had limited experience in handling such situations.
To address the damage, we submitted a complete inventory to claim the tenants' deposit, which was successful. The government deposit scheme confirmed that the funds were returned to the agent. However, nearly three months later, we have yet to receive the full amount from the agent, despite multiple follow-ups.
While the agency did arrange some repairs and cleaning, we felt these efforts were minimal and did not fully address the extent of the damage. We are still waiting for the remainder of the deposit to cover ongoing repairs and losses.
We are sharing this experience to inform other landlords of the challenges we faced with this agency.
