Wood was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process; especially considering we were new to the unique intricacies of renting in the United Kingdom. By far the best experience we have had with an estate agent to rent out our flat in years. Louna was absolutely incredible - professional, organised, responsive and a total delight to deal with. We chose her after she and another agent valued a flat for us. The other agent was very pushy and money-grabbing whereas Louna gave a very fair and realistic price for the flat and was totally honest with us. She was very sensitive with our existing tenant regarding show-rounds as the tenant had health issues. She sensed when something wasn't right with one potential tenant and wisely acted on this. She helped with finding cleaners, inventory clerks etc and organised everything beautifully so that the new tenancy was as smooth as it could possibly be. We have a lovely new tenant now thanks to Louna. I couldn't recommend her and Julia more highly.... Read more
