We honestly cannot speak highly enough of John D Wood in Southfields, and in particular Jack and Chris, who were absolutely outstanding throughout our house purchase.
From the very beginning, they went above and beyond what we could ever have expected. Their communication was consistently excellent, they were always available, incredibly proactive and kept us fully informed at every stage. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and whenever something needed chasing, resolving or simply a bit of extra attention, they were straight on it.
The level of service was truly second to none. They are a real credit to John D Wood, and we would go as far as saying they are by far the best estate agents in Southfields.
We couldn’t be happier in our new home or with our experience. We would recommend Jack, Chris and the wider team at John D Wood without a moment’s hesitation. If you’re buying or selling in Southfields, look no further. Thank you both for everything!

Disappointing and rather patronising experience with Marcus.
Marcus arranged two property viewings without making it clear beforehand that both were basement flats. One was on a busy road, exposed to traffic, noise and dust, yet was being marketed at around ***. Perhaps some research into comparable local properties would be helpful.
I clearly explained that my maximum budget was ***, preferably below ***. Nevertheless, he continued sending me unsuitable properties, including one priced at ***.
Rather than listening to my requirements, he suggested that I needed to be “educated”. How charming. Perhaps learning to listen to clients and treat them with basic respect would be a better starting point.
As an Asian buyer, I found his attitude particularly uncomfortable and patronising. I cannot speak to his intentions, but the experience left me questioning whether I was being treated with the same respect as other buyers.
Thank you, Marcus, for taking such trouble to recommend properties you apparently consider excellent investments. If they’re really such wonderful opportunities, perhaps you might consider buying them yourself.
Buyers, particularly international and Asian buyers, may wish to exercise caution and do their own market research before relying on these recommendations.
A little professionalism and courtesy would go a long way.

Most unprofessional agents I’ve ever dealt with. Took them 5 months to fix a broken fridge of property I’m renting from them. Additionally they are not respecting my contract terms and trying to overcharge me for the end of the tenancy. I have had to hire lawyers to avoid them abusing other more vulnerable tenants
