Great company, extremely helpful and great customer service from Hannah. Quick response and fitted me in at the last minute, due to a last minute cancellation. Buying my first home, the way Marwood surveyor report explains everything in great detail and I found it extremely helpful and the number system they use is great. Very professional and I liked they offered a follow up call with the surveyor, for all the bits I wasn't sure about. Excellent service and customer care from both Gemma and John. John fully explained about the terms of the survey that he is required to undertake for the Gov help to buy scheme and offered his personal help should it be required at a later stage once the valuation had been sent off. The valuation report was produced within 48 hours and is clear and consideration. Thanks to Gemma as well for all her help with regards to arranging the survey and explaining the timeframes that have be adhered too when dealing with the Gov help to buy scheme.
