These guys can’t arrange any property for you. I been looking for their properties for last 1 month. First they’ll give you 2-3 days appointment time. Then u view the property. Then u have to wait for more 2-3 days. And then these guys will reply you back . I’m sorry the property has been sold. I paid more than one month rent to taxi drivers. If u have enough patience to waste your time. Then good luck Ps. Sometimes they forgot the house keys and then u have to call them again to book the appointment and have to wait for 2-3 days more. I don’t know why these guys are still open if they can’t arrange a single property for you... Read more

Have used Martin and Co as both a landlord and to sell a property and in both cases the service provided was excellent. The house sale involved selling my house in Erdington after I had moved to Scotland and therefore I was not around for viewings etc but Chloe and the team took care of organising everything and were always a phone call away to offer advice or answer any questions.
