worst agency ever... they "manager" is an incompetent fat bastard, doggy and the biggest liar that I had cross on my entire life!!! he stole my deposit and he was also working illegally with the contracts of the properties!... Read more

Unprofessional, incompetent, rude and downright useless. Shouted at and being told to get out of the office by an employee called Nick because I complained about his useless agency not bothering to act on the fact that we have no drinkable water which was promised to be sorted promptly. Email etiquette is atrocious - literally shouting at me via email for a payment which I didn't owe. We have recently discovered that Jubilee Estates are members of The Property Ombudsman and they are breaking several clauses (eight clauses) of the Property Ombudsman's Code of Practice for Residential Letting Agents. Because of this they have been reported to the Property Ombudsman. Never use these unprofessional idiots.... Read more

I lived in a place let by Jubliee Estates. The gentleman that let the property to us rarely got back to us in a timely manner and when we had any problems, he would put them off. We would have to continuously pester him to get things done or fixed, i.e., our washing machine was broken and he didn't send someone for about 3 weeks. When we first moved in he made empty promises about getting things fixed. We have since moved from that property and had great trouble with getting information for paying our bills to get our deposit back (i.e., need an initial reading of the meter). I would not recommend Jubilee Estate Agents.... Read more

- Letting Agents tried to get two months of rent out of me by unscrupulous means, saying I hadn't given them enough notice - even though I was an a fixed-term contract (I also gave them notice as a courtesy) - I didn't owe the landlords anything - Insisted I was on a Periodic Contract, but was clearly Fixed-term - Harassed and pressured me to get money from me - They reinterpreted meaning of contract and tenancy law for own benefit - I had to employ the services of a Solicitor to inform Agency of law (the costs for which I haven't been reimbursed for) - I was in the right all the time, but they insisted I wasn't - Wasted a lot of my time, money, and gave me a lot of stress while I was busy moving into my new place - Ignored most of my requests for maintenance and agreed maintenance - They left me without a working washing machine for more than 5 months - Made many false accusations to what I had done - They threatened me with a collections agent visit, a county court judgement and a bad credit record - They didn't put my deposit in a 3rd party scheme, although they did suggest they had, asking for my deposit ID ... I am a Landlord, I have had my property managed by 2 previous agents before being introduced by a good friend who also happened to be a Landlord. I chose the guaranteed rent option because i have had problems with bad tenants in the East London area. I am very happy with level of service this is an agent who values Landlords and does go that extra mile.... Read more
