Thanks to the team for help in valuing my Shared Ownership property. While it was a lengthy and difficult process (because of other people, not McDowalls!), the McDowalls team were incredibly efficient in responding to my requests and requirements from the Housing Association. Would recommend no question.

Steve Jones valued my property and was very efficient in completing and sending over the report. His communication via email was excellent, always swiftly responding and he was happy to help.
Update - I’ve since needed to come back to McDowalls (not because of any problem on their part) and Chris Baker handled my case this time. He went above and beyond to provide an updated desktop valuation for my property. He did so very quickly, which has brought a weight off of my shoulders as we were very pressed for time, with the risk of the entire chain collapsing.
I’m very glad to have chosen McDowalls and very grateful to Steve and Chris, as well as Kelly (administrator) for their friendly, professional and efficient service.

Customer service from calling to book the valuation to Andy who came to do the valuation was amazing. So easy to sort and everyone I spoke to was so helpful - Both Kelly and Jane were so helpful and Andy was such a lovely helpful man. Would absolutely recommend :)

A very simple process to arrange the valuation. The valuer arrived exactly as scheduled - a very presentable, professional and generally lovely chap - Chris Baker. Valuation carried out on a Friday and the report received on Monday morning - excellent service - would highly recommend

Great service, Jayne was very helpful and explained everything to me when arranging a valuation , Chris did the valuation and the report was done quickly, both again helpful when had to extend twice more, then when had to get extended again recently to a long drawn out sale, and just about to complete, I had to again get in touch and Jayne again sorted quickly with the help of James who sent a cover letter for my housing association. So thanks guys, I have finally moved, thanks for all of your help, really appreciate it.

We were hugely impressed by the level of service we have received. All communication with the company has been very good and everything has been efficient. We used the company to have our shared ownership property valued. This was carried out by Chris and we have always found communication subsequently to be excellent. A very professional and reliable service.

Fantastic service from start to finish, an easy process with genuine customer service who really went the extra mile, polite, courteous, great communication throughout. A special mention to Jayne and James who both made an already stressful process of selling a property a lot easier.

I am very impressed with the quality and professionalism of the team at McDowalls. My property is unusually shaped, but Chris and his team bought all their knowledge and expertise to bear ensure that my valuation was as accurate as possible. I felt comfortable asking about the process and they listened to my views, moreover my property sold for exactly the value McDowalls had estimated.
