I usually don't write reviews, but Knights & Co definitely deserve it!
I've rented a property with one of their agents back in August 2020, in the middle of the pandemic. Since the beginning, Hansa was super comprehensive with all my questions and concerns, from the tenancy agreement and length to a bed that broke afterwards and she managed to sort it on the same day. She promptly assisted me through the renting process, doing everything in her power to make my tenancy as pleasant as possible. If I had any sort of concern or problems with the property, I could literally just pick up the phone and give her a call no matter what day or time it was, and she would sort it out within minutes.
Even when they're busy, they still give you the attention you need, and assist you in the best way they can. I am happy to say I was able have the experience to be a tenant with them, and I wish I could always be assisted by them as my Estate Agency.
This is honestly the best estate agency I've ever dealt with in nearly 10 years of renting, and I couldn't recommend them more! Big thanks to Hansa and a solid 5 stars!

Seen a property online which I fell in love with, called the exact day it was published as searching for a new home. Spoke to Sanchez and left details and info to arrange viewing. Was advised discussing with tenants that afternoon and I would be called back with further info. No call back was given. Called the following day to follow up again told they were discussing viewing dates with tenants and would be called back in ten minute, again no call back was given. Called back next day again to see if there was an update as was very keen on viewing the property and again was told viewing days still not agreed with current tenants. Left it over the weekend and the Monday. Called back on Tuesday spoke with female member of staff, mentioned I was calling about said apartment and she asked if I had been in to view it already. To which my reply was no because I’ve been constantly told theirs no viewings taking place yet. She then mentioned the flat was taken and I asked her how was this possible if I was calling daily to check for updates, she said it was to do with landlords which clearly wasn’t the case cause why would she asked me if I had been in viewing it. Then she asked my name and when I told her she abruptly said look I have to go I’m dealing with a burglary and hung up. Seems they did have viewings booked and for some reason they kept making excuses when we called to see if they were any further forward.

Excellent service delivered by Sid one the best estate agents managed everything perfectly from start to end made sure from viewing to completion of property purchase was on peak. This was my first purchase as a first time buyer. Knights & Co were exceptional from start to finish. The whole process was seemless and the whole staff were so helpful. Me and my wife found a wonderful deal and are now setlled in to our new house. I couldnt be happier with Knights & Co and would reccommend all my friends and family. I must admit I didn’t have much hope when I walked into these agents which are tucked on a corner of the Barking Road. Maybe it’s because my experience with estate agents up to that point hadn’t been very positive or productive. However I was given a very personal service. There was a young lady and gentleman. I wanted to sell my flat. Once I signed up with these agents my flat was sold within a week. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.

A fantastic family run business
My daughter and 3 friends were looking for a house to rent as they were moving from Scotland to london to study. Knights & Co found them the perfect house and made the whole move very easy. When i went to the office i met the whole team and found them very friendly, a special mention must go to Hansa who has been so kind and welcoming to my daughter and her friends and a great support to an anxious parent.
