I have experience of both purchasing and selling a property from the team at Seymour’s Worplesdon and both time they were faultless.
The team are all friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help.
Annie-Rie from the Sales Progression team in particular went above and beyond her job role and was a much needed support through a very challenging sales process due to external parties. I don’t think I would have been able to preserve if it hadn’t been for her and the teams support and hard work resolving the hurdles faced.

Buying and moving to a new house is one of the most stressful things you can do especially in the UK with the awful conveyancing rules where a purchase can be delayed or fall through at any moment.
However, working with the team at Seymours of Worplesdon certainly helped to make the process much smoother and easier during such a demanding time. Both Anne-Rie and Luke Cox did a fantastic job in keeping us updated and managing the whole buying process to get us through to a successful exchange and completion.
They reponded quickly to emails and phone calls and often worked well after closing time to provide important updates.
When finding the house we wanted we had the choice of two estate agents to work with. I'm glad I chose Seymours. Highly recommended.

I completed on 3 December and have had an all round fantastic service from Seymours Estate Agents Worplesdon in particular Anne-Rie and both Luke H and Luke C.
Anne-Rie, played a crucial role in seeing this purchase through to completion, because after my solicitors had completed all their due-diligence and were awaiting dates for completion from the vendor's side, there had hardly been any movement or a proper update for more than a month from the vendors solicitors. Anne-Rie was able to chase for an update and helped speed up the entire process for which I am very grateful!

After finding a house in September I called and first spoke to Yasmin. I have never spoken to someone so positive and enthusiastic. She booked an appointment and was there for the viewing. After viewing the house I explained that I have a house to sell in order to purchase. Yasmin said what became a regular word for her “no problem“. Yasmin came to the house with her colleague Luke. Both Yasmin and Luke were amazing in the advice they gave. Due to their dedication and professionalism the house was sold in 12 days and a price agreed on a purchase.
Yasmin and Luke did everything to secure the house sale and purchase. Sadly complications arose but Yasmin and Luke did everything to reassure and help. I have bought and sold properties before but never has the support been so incredible.
At any stage the guys were there to answer calls, emails, WhatsApp even in the evening.
Thanks to Yasmin and Luke everything has worked out so well and we moved in before Xmas. I could write another 10 paragraphs to explain how amazing they are.

Exemplary service! We visited a property with Seymours and met Jasmine Elliot. My daughter and wife are hard of hearing and my daughter especially suffers from autism, it was essential that we had the right bungalow to suit our needs. Jasmine was very empathetic and gave us the time and attention necessary throughout the enquiry, viewing, and follow up. She maintained this attention to detail throughout. We are exceptionally pleased with the service and feel valued as clients. Jasmine deserves recognition and we cannot recommend her or the company highly enough. Joss was always willing to help, and made the whole process almost completely stress-free. He made sure we were comfortable with everything, that we were kept up-to-date and were in control as much as we felt we wanted to be. They are professional and approachable, and I would highly recommend using them if you are considering selling/moving within the area.
Their valuation quote on our property was accurate for its size and location. They were also great when we had a couple of embarrassing mishaps regarding keys.

Simon has spent close to 10 years providing us with impartial advice on home improvements and marketing so he was our go-to when it came to selling.
Benchmarking against local agents, fees were competitive and the appraisal was sensible; we'd requested a quick sale and there was no feeling that our property would be "testing the market".

I approached Seymours because there seemed to be more 'sold' properties in my area for Seymours than other agents. They offered me a rate lower than the other agents I had approached, and gave good justification for setting the asking price.
