We are a family run Independent Estate Agency who offer a wealth of knowledge in Sales, Lettings and Property Management. As an independent business, we take pride in our open and honest approach and first class customer service.

Cobbles is owned and run by founders and partners Eugene Gallagher and Katrina Gallagher who are both born and bred in Guildford and love the town. The business was established in 2012 and has gone from strength to strength in a short time, becoming a highly recognisable face in the local community. Being independent means we are in full control of every aspect of the business and are not answerable to shareholders. We can personally tailor our service to each and every client by listening to your needs and building a bespoke package around you. We are passionate about what we do and love the area we do it in.

We have used various estate agents for sales and lettings over the years....and honestly none have been as responsive and transparent as these guys: they are quick, accurate, and have really helped us with both the purchase of our current home, but also more recently letting and managing student properties in Guildford. Eugene and Katrina Gallagher are dedicated and hands on, but we find the other guys working there; in particular James, just as keen to get the right result.....can not recommend this team highly enough.....10/10

We have just bought our new house through Cobbles. The purchase took a very long time, through no fault of Cobbles, as the house was going through probate. Cobbles were very proactive at keeping us informed of what was going on at every stage of the long process and chasing the other parties as required to keep things moving. They were also very happy to let us do additional viewings when we requested. Overall, they provided a first-class personal service.
