Put the house on the market on the Friday and was sold by the Monday. Very thorough and detailed information was initially given to me comparing other houses in the area and the expected price that could be achieved. Once it was sold stc the service by Gary was second to none. Always updating me and chasing solicitors on both sides to push the sale through. Kay and Sons handled the purchase of my new home flawlessly. Gary went above and beyond, arranged viewings at the drop of a hat and even outside of any reasonable office hours to fit my busy schedule! He chased less than perfect solicitors and generally made the whole process less stressful. I will definitely use again in the future, and recommend to all my friends.
