An absolute nightmare. DO NOT USE.
Ongoing issues for 6 months +
For your own sanity… use an alternative service.

I wouldn't use keenans again
The staff seemed friendly but unfortunately we have had a number of problems the main one being that we have had to repeat ourselves on a number of occasions also we were having viewings and when we were doing viewing the people who were coming had no idea what work was getting done even though I specifically said to keenans can you tell people when they enquire as we made changes and they didn't look like the photos I had to tell keenans to update rightmove there was no guidance from keenans throughout the process unfortunately we had to take our property off the market as we didn't feel confident with keenans we asked for owners details off a manager from another branch and she refused to give us it when we got the property valued he did not listen to anything we said he looked like he was in a rush all we got is if you have questions ring the office I've sent email after email repeating myself to the point of frustration I definitely wouldn't recommend keenans and I hope a owner does get in touch

Excellent service, very quick and efficient. Also wanted to add they went over and above to make the process as simple as possible for my elderly Aunt. Two people to mention were Chloe, at the beginning of the process and Helen as the sale progressed, although it was very much a whole team effort. Well done and thanks very much for all you did! Well done guys, can't recommend you enough.

Jack provided us with a highly professional and comprehensive valuation of our property. He spent time talking us through how we could increase the value and saleability of the house. He took the time to thoroughly research similar properties on the market in the area in order to provide us with a realistic and achievable sale price. His warm and engaging manner and non-pressurised approach meant that we quickly built a good rapport with him. We look forward to working with him in the future.
