I asked in an email if the buyer had sold there house yet or stuck in a chain and I got no reply. So it took almost year for the sale to go through. But I was impressed that they got the sale through without me having to enter the country.

Booked to view a property, my daughter and her boyfriend, both took time off work for the arranged appointment- when they got to the property it had a sold sign on it, I contacted them and they said they had left a voicemail, no voicemail left, I told them no voicemail had been received- they then said they couldn’t leave a voicemail, just rang out, but didn’t bother trying again - just changed their story to accommodate their ineptness - Probably had a “buyer” lined up - very unprofessional- wages lost - would not use.
