They helped get our house sold within a week of being on the market both times and saved out house sale falling through. Particular thanks to Anita who has supported us through the whole thing - her communication has been brilliant and she has gone above and beyond for us - up until the very last minute of the process Thank you pettys!!

20th May 2024 (8 mo. ago)I recently sold a property and having Farrow and Farrow as my estate agent it was so simple. From Emma’s first visit her valuation and photos were spot on. Viewings by Seth took all the hassle away and updates from Peter, their communication was excellent. I cannot fault the whole team and would highly recommend them. Many thanks again.

31st Aug 2024 (21 weeks ago)First of all, when they got deposit money they never ring you back .they just making money on the holding fee for your reference check. They waste your time ,money and just give you headache. If there's is option of giving zero 0 star rating I would give that. Ridiculous people working over there they never rcv ur call. And after holding money they still viewing that property to other people. Scammers just making haram money.

23rd Dec 2024 (30 days ago)Give one star, so I can leave a review, but honestly, H2Homes are a nightmare to deal with. The tenant destroyed my property smash two windows, doors were damage, and no rent was paid. I spoke to Fatima and the team who are completely unhelpful and a waste of time. I will definitely not use H2Homes again. Avoid all costs.

18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
