The full lettings service provided by Reeds Rains has been excellent. The team are extremely attentive, responding to emails or returning calls so good communication means that things can be resolved easily. They are helpful, efficient and pro-active in suggesting solutions. They have helped to co-ordinate maintenance work, finding reliable tradespeople whilst also finding new tenants within a quick turnaround. Whilst some agents do the minimum to manage properties, I feel that the staff at Reeds Rains go the extra mile. I do not have a large portfolio of properties but feel that I receive very good attention from the team and always feel informed.

Mollie was fantastic helping me find my perfect home. She was very helpful dealing with all paperwork that I was unsure of and a very fast application process which I was so happy about. Dawn, Molly & Rachel (x2) all worked tremendously hard to help with our recent purchase of two properties. I recently purchased a property through Reeds Rains Rotherham and they were patient, professional and helpful despite the transaction being quite complicated involving a bridging loan, four sets of solicitors and numerous builders visiting the property to provide quotes for renovation work.
