I recently bought a property advertised with Petty. Firstly, I would give their mortgage advisor (Julie) her due, she is no nonsense, straight talking and managed to source a lender when I wasn’t confident of qualifying for a mortgage. Her knowledge of the market is irreproachable. The sales team were proactive and kept following up on a drawn out sale that took a long time. I have also chosen to let the property through them, and have a number of viewings booked in good time after appointment. Highly recommend!
