Freya Rob and Emily have gone above and beyond throughout our house purchase nothing has been to much trouble for any of them they have been so helpful and always on hand to help in any way they can , work so hard and keep you informed of what’s happening and when . Will always get back to you on any questions or queries . 5 stars all the way would always recommend to anyone selling to use them and even when buying there amazing .

I have been communicating with Ali over the last few months and he is great at timely communication, keeping myself and tenants informed, organising quotes, Instructing works and all at the same time he never misses a beat keeping me always updated. Even though he’s probably dealing with dozens and dozens of other landlords he’s got a very good knack of making me feel like I’m his only customer - that in the service world is very difficult to do but Ali does this very well! Keep up the great work Ali!

We saw a house we liked advertised through Petty Real and contacted the Burnley sales team for a viewing. From there on in I can honestly say that the whole experience was thoroughly professional but with the pleasant twist of being helpful and friendly. We spoke to everyone in the office but especially Robert and Emily on regular basis for the purchase of the new house and the sale of our old one. We would have no hesitation recommending Petty Real to anyone.

All of the staff have been brilliant in my time renting with them, Abbie kept me up to date with everything I needed and Ali was very swift in response to my queries. All in all my experience with them has been fantastic and always positive

Absolutely sickening treatment by this vile company
I gave pettys my notice all the way back in October, a full FIVE MONTHS NOTICE
the whole reason for moving out is because of the unlivable conditions pettys happily left me in for 15 months (waterfall from the ceiling in the lounge, soaked and stinking carpets, flies flying all over the lounge space)
There is so much more going wrong with this house that I can't even put it all into a review, but pettys happily ignores your emails for months and months on end, as long as the rent money is coming in why should they care about your health and safety?
Then after moving out after my FIVE MONTH NOTICE PERIOD .... the absolute scum that makes up petty real decide to try to charge me 2 months of rent in arrears after I vacated, citing that I didn't give them any notice, after living like an animal in their house for over a year while they refused to carry out repairs they spit in my face further by trying to con me out of money AFTER I vacate
Do not rent from this disgusting estate agent, they are difficult to deal with, they won't respond to emails, they do not care about your safety or wellbeing in their properties, they have absolutely zero compassion even when I was begging them to fix the property leak for Christmas
Even property ombudsman have difficulty in dealing with these people
I will be posting further reviews after I have been to small claims court

From a house falling apart, flooded lounge floor, gas leak that has resulted in a number of hospital visits, and Kaitlin from pettys does not even have the decency to respond to my emails, because it's easier to ignore an email than it is to have some decency and respect and take 15 seconds to respond and help resolve a difficult and unsafe situation I am in due to poor maintenance of this property
A quick response comes when an official complaint is submitted but that doesn't last long
Environmental health are currently involved in this situation due to petty reals preference to ignore serious problems rather than engage with the tenant to fix issues that have been ongoing for almost a year and a half
Despite the house having been unlivable for most of the time I have lived here, all rent has been paid in full and on time, which is thoroughly undeserved but clearly as long as rent money is coming in nothing else matters
I cannot wait to get out of the neglectful clutches of petty real and would sooner pitch a tent in the woods than agree to rent a property managed by petty real again

What a fantastic experience! Abbie was incredible from end to end. She provided us with unwavering support, and her efficient work ethic enabled us to move into the place, within shorter notice. She was so thorough and ‘on it’, that we were able to move at a good pace. Also to mention Mia who also provided incredible support and still does, whenever needed. Just really recommended. I’m so glad we got to work with such people. Thank you, ladies!! X
