Not very happy with the way Kerb Apealz dealt my property as the floorplan room sizes were incorrect and took over a week to correct after I took the room sizes myself and gave them to agent.

Kerb appealz sold this property not once but twice to purchasers who were unable to proceed due to a covenant, without first establishing suitability. In my own instance they told me the memorandum of sale would be issued as soon as they had my solicitors details. They did not actually notify me the sale was not proceeding, but contacted buyers on the reserve list to progress the sale with them. Fortunately I rang and found out about this before sending £350 disbursement fees to my conveyancer. There was no transparency throughout the entire transaction so it’s impossible to find out exactly what happened as the whole process has been conducted behind closed doors. At best this was gross ineptitude.
