First time we have dealt with Kings Estate Agents for our recent house purchase and the service we received was very good, the staff are friendly and helpful and everything was completed quickly and efficiently for us as a buyer. Would definitely consider using Kings if we were to ever need the services of an estate or letting agent in the future.

Listed my house with Kings and within a day had the offer I wanted. I was contacted every step of the way telling me how everything was going. They recommended a highly efficient and nicely priced solicitors and the whole process went smoothly. Im now using them for my purchase. Top marks!!!!

I purchased my first home through Kings and they were absolutely fantastic. I was kept up to date constantly with all aspects of my purchase, ideal when you're a first time buyer! Michael and Nicola were absolutely brilliant from start to finish and I couldn't recommend them enough.

I first put my house up for sale with a local estate agent before kings was established and with having people coming to view the house that admittedly wernt interested i was fed up. That's when Michael and the team at Kings had started and I with the experience I had with other estate agents i had nothing to lose. From start to finish with kings the process was easy basically once the photos and prices were agreed and the house went live the viewing started coming. After each viewing we were getting ratings off each person on different categories of the house given to us by Nicola. It was so well organised we felt confident again we were going to get an offer, in a short period of being on the market we received several offers. Once solicitors then took over the help from Kings didn't stop there, every week we would be informed of what was going on on there behalf and what to expect from solicitors etc. I would 100% recommend kings to friends, family and public. From Michael Nicola and all the team we had a friendly professional service and wouldn't think twice about using anyone else.
