Their communication was excellent, with detailed feedback provided from viewings and, later in the process, regular updates provided from their liaisons with solicitors. I very recently sold a house with the help of Andrew McLean, and I must say the service Andrew and Sophie provided was impeccable from start to finish. They are charming, approachable and patient people, which always helps, and they know their business inside out. The house sold quickly, thanks to them. Communication was excellent throughout. I was regularly updated about viewings, given useful advice about things I never would have thought of, and after the initial sale they were 100% available to deal with all the remaining details super efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble, and they removed a huge weight from my shoulders.

Great experience as a first time buyer. The purchase completed after roughly 5 months. The agents at Andrew Mclean were very helpful during the process. Particularly after the sale had completed, when they no longer needed to be.

Very impressed with the service provided by the whole team. The communication process was excellent from initial visit to the house to the actual selling of the property. I was kept informed of arrangements for viewings and feedback from potential buyers. This made the whole experience a very positive one especially as it can be a very stressful time.
