As estate agents go, these lot are by far the worst. It took several weeks to receive our deposit back (due to emails being ignored by them) where they attempted to charge us extortionate prices for, at the very best, minor issues. It was only due to my friend and I standing our ground, that they eventually gave in. Still, the end result was not satisfactory but it was better than when we first started our dispute with them so if they do try to bully you, do not accept it! We had multiple issues such as broken doors, chairs, boiler issues that took weeks/months to sort out. It required me to chase them constantly and they had the cheek to say they never received my emails. If you are a STUDENT BEWARE! The fact both my friend and I were both students, they saw it as an opportunity to squeeze money out of us which I expect they will deny as always. Honestly, the worst company I have dealt with and urge anyone to avoid using their service. USELESS!... Read more
