James was the first person to come to see me and my property and it was his gentle, caring, confident and reassuring way that drew me to using Wrights of Hatfield to sell my property in Hatfield. Greg, the senior sales person, was just as reassuring and confident and both salespersons were professional and friendly from start to finish...Also Chloe who works Saturdays was just as good and confident. I was pleasantly impressed by their expertise and confidence in selling my property which sold within three months of coming onto the market to my sheer delight and complete satisfaction. As a result of my very positive experience, I highly recommend Wrights of Hatfield, and especially the three people who helped in selling my property. Just UNPROFESSIONALL N RUDE STAFF. (MANAGER N LILLY)I WENT TO HAVE A LOOK FLAT 54 ROEWAY. THEY REQUESTED SOME LETTERS WE PROVIDED THEM. AFTER SUDDENLY THEY SAID ITS GONE. WE WERE THE FIRST VIEWER BY THE WAY.

Don’t waist your time
We try to rent a property with my partner we provide all the documents they need
And suddenly they email me ‘’ sorry flat gone’’
So unprofessional
I try to speak with the manager and they hung up on me….
They keep changing the viewing day and said i will be the first to see and 2 days after is gone
My advice don’t waist your time and dont trust Lillie most unprofessional person

I recently moved to the UK from Canada and assumed it would be a long and frustrating process to find a place to live. But with Wright’s, I had my own flat within two weeks. They were efficient, helpful, organized, professional, and friendly. Louise was great and any time I needed help or had any questions, she responded almost right away. I would recommend Wright’s to anyone looking to rent a flat in the area.

I never thought selling a property could take 8 months but Wrights were the quick and positive part.
James on the sales team plus all those answering calls gave friendly and helpful responses. They always got back to me quickly, keeping me informed of which solicitor had decided to do nothing or go on holiday!

I used Wrights of Hatfield to sell my property they were fantastic from start to finish. The whole team from Chloe the receptionist who was polite and courteous, James but especially Greg so helpful and always returning calls promptly. Wrights acted professionally at all times i would highly recommend them and if i need an Estate Agent in the future would not hesitate in contacting them again. A great service from selling to completing 8 weeks in total.

Unpleasant experience. They didn't offer online viewing or accommodation without a physical visit, despite my explanation that we're located three hours away from Hatfield. How could someone visit after three hours of travel, especially when a contract isn't guaranteed?

Think twice before letting your property out with this agent, they are absolutely useless. They have no communication between each other and also the tenants they find, they do not do enough research on. When there's an issue, they will pass the buck to one another. Paid a full management fee but felt like i was the person managing. I'm finally glad that i've got rid of them, don't even put yourself through it. I won't mention any names but i'm sure the people that are reading this, know who they are!
