12th Oct 2024 (9 weeks ago)It was an unfortunate start and things did go wrong but luckily we eventually sold the house for a reasonable price thanks to lots of help from Savills who stayed with us. It got very stressful at times because of delays etc. Would recommend this company of course.

24th Oct 2024 (7 weeks ago)Highly recommend. Viewed property pretty much soon as I found it. Staff was amazing with my child who was very inquisitive. Then the whole process of referencing and deposits etc and getting keys was straight forward. Any issues we have had the team at Larkham and pike have been so attentive. And very genuine. Can’t ask for much more from letting agent!

23rd Oct 2024 (7 weeks ago)Martin & Co looked after the tenancy of my property, then later went on to manage the sale. For both, the team were fabulous. Being a first time landlord they made the process incredibly straightforward - Indi handled everything so professionally, and was true to her word every step of the way. She was super responsive, thorough and I had complete trust in her to manage the tenancy end-to-end. When selling my property, Indi again actioned things at pace and secured the price I wanted. In terms of managing the process through to completion, the consistent service levels of the team were proven as Hefina was fantastic at liaising with my vendor, keeping me updated and worked in the background to keep the momentum going when the process slowed. 22nd Oct 2024 (7 weeks ago)Moving places for me overall was not great. The main issue was the lack of urgency when issues with the flat arose. For example, the lock on my door broke and I was unable to access any of my belonging or medications. After contacting moving places that evening, I was told to expect a call that evening to get access to my room. After having to chase up the issue the next day multiple times, they only arrived on the property the next evening, just to see if one of their estate agents could open the door, despite myself and multiple others trying. I explained multiple times the urgency of this issue as I couldn’t access any of my belongings but they didn’t seem to care. A locksmith was send the following morning which was good but late. We had many changes in estate agents for our property, meaning we would have to call multiple times and explain issues to multiple different people.
12th Nov 2024 (4 weeks ago)James was the first person to come to see me and my property and it was his gentle, caring, confident and reassuring way that drew me to using Wrights of Hatfield to sell my property in Hatfield. Greg, the senior sales person, was just as reassuring and confident and both salespersons were professional and friendly from start to finish...Also Chloe who works Saturdays was just as good and confident. I was pleasantly impressed by their expertise and confidence in selling my property which sold within three months of coming onto the market to my sheer delight and complete satisfaction. As a result of my very positive experience, I highly recommend Wrights of Hatfield, and especially the three people who helped in selling my property. Thank you to Greg, James and Chloe, you all did a fantastic job.

14th Nov 2024 (29 days ago)I'm a tenant in a property being sold by my landlord through Collinson Hall's sales team. Over the past year I have found communication to be extremely poor. Appointments to access the property have been cancelled last minute on several occasions. Viewings have been booked in but not confirmed with me (I've had to call to confirm and they seem surprised when I ask which of the offered times they have chosen), agents have arrived late to viewings or to unannounced viewings with lackluster apologies and excuses of being told someone should have rung me - they didn't. I've complained privately many times and received apologies but they now just seem meaningless as the same issues arise again and again. When my time is being wasted preparing for viewings that may or may not happen, and being left feeling disrespected as a tenant, I don't think I am being unfair by now choosing to make my displeasure public.- 31st Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)The purchase of our property with Duncan Perry was a very smooth process and cannot fault it at all

Worst mistake I could've made and I should've gone with my gut, ultimately we decided not to sell at that time but I knew that when we did Jon was the first person I would be calling. Jon was so helpful with the valuation of our property as well as providing vital insight into properties we were looking at in the area. Once the property was on the market Luci, Harry and Will were amazing with the viewings and all the aftercare that followed once we had a buyer. Luci in particular was so proactive when it came to chasing solicitors and making sure we moved towards a completion date. She also had to put up with a lot of my woe is me "This is never going to go through it is all going to go wrong" which I am very appreciative of (Sorry!). I genuinely don't think I've had an experience with an agent that comes anywhere near this (as both a buyer and a seller). They genuinely care about you and your family beyond just making sure the house sells, we cannot thank you enough for the support and hard work.
