Finally I am dan with this agency, and write my review I hope it will be helpful for some tenants. First, they not give inventory check in to as when we moved in so when I moved out I have nothing to compare how it was. In the house was an old-style tv which I told I don't want and agent ask landlord and told me I can throw that away, unfortunately that is over the phone and I don’t had a proof for it, so when I checked out they charge me for tv £200 and tv stand £60 which is never there-tv was connected with the stand. They told me the agent who dil with the property not working with them any more so they can’t do bathing about and I need to pay.They charge me for hoover which I never used and I left there when I move out they told is not there. I wasn’t been when they do inventory check out as they don’t want to give time which is suitable for me, and agent told me that is not necessary I need to be there, so I just left key for them,. They charge me for cleaning even I did clean house after I moved out, they charge for clock which is never there, Landlord left house with out rubbish been outside which I didn’t notice is not there, so I need to bay for my expense as they told me it was stolen. The second toilet was out of order and no one mentioned that before I moved in,so I need to fix for my expenses as they told me landlord have problem with money and can’t do that for me, so after 6 months which I stay in the house they want to take from deposit £700. My deposit was protected and with TDS evidence which I have, and I dot have much TDS was decided to reduce only250 and rest of my deposit I get back. And finally all stuff was nice before I sighed contact. And after some of them rut no body helpful, demanding and unprofessional, I get phone call every month asking where is rent money and asking for proof of payment even I pay always on time and never late, they can’t manage to check properly if payment is there before bothering every month. Don’t recommend, but if you decide to go with them make sure you have proof of everything white is wrong before you move in and when there both pictures and emails... Read more

Just a quick advice ,,Dont trust this state agent , is a rip off , they took all my deposit and asked for more money after , never got a penny back from them . They also asked for a deposit for landlord which I never got a receipt from them for being naive and trustworthy never got it back either .... Read more
