DO NOT USE! I paid £840 for a professional valuation report on my property for a lease extension. This was checked and signed of by a 'Partner' with many years of experience. On opening this report I immediately found two mistakes in this which would have cost me £1447 if I didn't notice. I have zero experience or knowledge in the sector and its is extremely worry that two people had gone through this report and not seen the errors. I have spent out further money for a solicitor to check this report for me and Kirkby Diamond are now fobbing me off for any sort of compensation to cover the cost of my solicitor to check their work or a refund. Do not use unless you have an endless pot of money you want to throw away on people incompetent in doing their job correctly.... Read more
