Everyone we dealt with during our house sale was first class. Very impressed with the photography initially. Then various members of the team came out for viewings and all did a great job. Special mention to Jack who was involved throughout and who tied up the completion date for the chain, keeping me updated all the way through the process. Would certainly recommend to anyone selling in the area

Michael Graham recently sold our property in Bedford and we could not have been happier with the transaction.
Warren, who valued our property, was brilliant giving us honest and informative advice. He made sure that the process of putting the property on the market was both swift and seamless.
A huge thank you must to go Hannah who sold our property at the full asking price within 1.5 days of it being on the market. Amazing work!
Viewing requests were numerous and we were actually overseas at the time that the property went live, but Hannah organised all the viewings without us having to be there thus removing the stress of it all out of our hands.
The aftersales was handled by Wendy who was fantastic. Always at the end of the phone to help, advise and inform. Wendy kept us in the loop the whole way through and made sure that everything was kept on track.
We would happily recommend Michael Graham to anyone.
We have received both an excellent and professional service throughout, they have a great team, who together, do a super job!

I had the need to sell my late Mothers bungalow and looked around for a suitable estate agent to handle this for me. I had the pleasure of recognizing a name that I knew, and called Warren at Michael Graham, we quickly made an appointment and consequently arrived at a suitable selling price. I happily signed their contract, and the marketing was soon underway, at all times I was kept informed of progress. We very quickly had prospective buyers, with the eventual sale being made by Jack who has been very thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire process. When the exchange of contracts was finally made he was almost as excited as I was. I can happily recommend the team at Michael Graham if you are looking for an efficient sale on your property.

My brother and I put our our late fathers house on the market through Michael Graham after our initial attempts to sell privately failed after several months. The speed they sprang into action was very impressive and the photos they took for the sale package were great. Even better within 2 weeks we had several offers, all over the asking price. We accepted the best offer and throughout the whole process Hannah Rogers kept us informed of progress and any small issues. Great service. Highly recommended.
