We sold our apartment with Cooper Wallace and would highly recommend them. They were transparent and easy to deal with from start to finish. Every single person I spoke to in the office was friendly and helpful and I was very much kept in the loop throughout the process. When the conveyancing process got tough, Cooper Wallace were possibly the only sane people we were speaking with! Brilliant service!

We have had such a great experience with Cooper Wallace buying a house from them. Despite being our seller's Estate Agent, we feel they really cared and listened to us throughout all the process. David and Daniel went above and beyond helping us during the whole experience.
Their communication has been excellent the entire time and can only thank them for all the time they spent on the phone and email with all of our questions. They are very friendly, polite and professional and we felt at ease every time we needed to discuss anything with them.
When did the first view of our property, Daniel was very knowledgeable and he explained everything very well answering all of our questions. We felt in love as soon as we saw that , and when speaking with the Estate Agent he listened to us and helped us getting in contact while we were waiting to sell our property.
We would like to recommend them to anyone who wants to have a nice customer experience either selling or buying. We hope we will stay in our new property for longer period, but if we needed to use another Estate Agent we wouldn't hesitate to use them as they have been fantastic!!!

Their communication was great throughout. The move was complex and Cooper Wallace frequently updated us on progress and would chase solicitors etc to ensure the move stayed on track.
We are incredibly grateful for their help to move, and would have no hesitation in recommending their service.

AMAZING!! Having been through a complete nightmare with another local agent - i was very concerned about trusting another agent, but David, Ben and Hannah have all been fabulous from start to finish. David especially has been in constant communication and keeping everything flowing and keeping on top of the whole chain- he went above and beyond. Highly recommend and cannot explain how much trust they have restored after such an awful experience with the other agent we previously used. At the time of putting my house up for sale I was in the early stages of pregnancy and really anxious to find a home with more space before our baby arrives.
I was lucky enough to get in contact with Daniel B, who came to review our home efficiently and professionally. I was really happy with the photos he’d taken and the way in which he talked us through all the relevant processes involved in selling a house.
Much to our delight Daniel had a lot of interest on our property and we were able to sell it. Our whole chain completed within three months. At times through the process I had a lot of questions and in retrospect I can see I needed a lot of reassurance through the process as my stress levels were very high. Daniel was a great representative of Cooper Wallace and I’d like tho thank him for his patience.

Cooper Wallace managed both our purchase and our sale, naively I thought an estate agents job ended after they posted a few photos on rightmove... That could not be further from the truth, at least not at cooper wallace it's not.. David and the team were professional throughout the entire process, he walked us through it from advertising our house right up to completion. Without Davids help coordinating the entire chain, keeping clear comms between all the different parties, I'd imagine many of us would have lost patience and pulled out. Thank you David for all of your help!

We have struggled to sell our property in MK44 for 4 years on and off, never had much luck. The last year was particularly unlucky with 4 buyers backing out for their own personal reasons but David has stuck at it and done his bit well. He's done 78 viewings found 5 buyers and we ended up with a good price. All's well that ends well and it did because of David and his dedication to the cause lol
