Initially Ben was interested and engaging with our property but once we were on the books we were left to do the majority of showing ourselves. When we did have one of the other members of Cooper Wallace on-site I found it surprising that they had never familiarised themselves with the property beforehand and in one case just stood outside leaving the potential buyer alone with no chaperone. The photographs for the sale were good however, but we did need the selling description modified to make a more professional impact. Unfortunately issues arose after our buyer altered their purchase agreement but this was not picked up on by Cooper Wallace, lack of following up and due diligence. On having to re market Bens attitude changed and we felt that we then had to chase for them to do the job we had engaged them to do. Frustrating especially as we understand this industry well. We had to chase to have our keys returned. It seemed that when there was effort needed it was too much like hard work. Shame as it started out so professionally.

I would highly recommend Cooper Wallace. David was my contact, his communication was fantastic and the team always fed back comments promptly after viewings. I had a few lost sales on my property with buyers pulling out at the bottom of the chain but David went above and beyond to get the sale going again. A genuinely lovely and professional bunch of people to work with.

Could not be more grateful for the support provided by this agent. Not only were they professional, they went above and beyond to help us where our own solicitors fell short.
We were in the process of purchasing a flat and our solicitors were so incompetent that the sale actually ended up falling through.
Over the past 8 months, David had chased for things, contacted our solicitors on our behalf of ourselves and supported us throughout the whole transaction. The team were always quick to answer the phone and David went out of his way to support us and offer guidance. He recognised that we were first time buyers and in a tough situation with our solicitors and answered any questions we had in a timely and friendly manner.
As first time buyers, you are not told a lot of things about the actual purchase of a property but David was more than happy to help. Even though the sale fell through, we are still so grateful for the support offered by David.
He is an asset to the company. Thank you.

They are the loveliest bunch of people who have been SO supportive and helpful every step of the way through our sale and purchase! They always answer the phone immediately, and on the rare occasions the person I need to speak to isn't available I ALWAYS get a callback soon after getting off the phone! They give so much more insight into the views your property gets on Rightmove than other estate agents do and have called us weekly with updates so theres no need to chase them. Its been bliss! They have gone above and beyond for us and I can't recommend them enough. If anyone is looking for an estate agent, they are the one you want! ????

I initially put my house for sale through Connells. About 6 weeks into my contact, Daniel Barham from CW dropped a note through my door to contact him. I explained I was with Connells etc but was finding it difficult to get in touch with them and I was worried about the current market.
Dan was so so so helpful and informative. Despite not being a client of his, he gave me a wealth of information that Connells just hadn’t bothered with.
After my contract with Connells was up, I relisted with CW. Wow! What a difference a change of agency made. The advert alone was more informative and professional without taking into consideration how well Dan did at showing potential buyers round our house (2 young kids and an excitable cockerpoo, it can be a challenge).
Dan made me feel like I was his only client which of course wasn’t the case but he went above and beyond with his customer service to us. There was never a time where I went longer than a few hours for a callback (rare as Dan always called me back within an hour).
He is a calm, competent, proactive, passionate and great estate agent. We had a serious offer within weeks and we have now moved into our forever home. Thank you Dan!

Very good team.
They are all quick to answer any queries that you have.
All very respectful of our home when they came round to assist with viewings.
Knowledge of the local area is good and came prepared ready with lots of information for the valuation booking.
Really nice that they contacted us every week to give us an update on our property in-terms of online viewings etc, even when it slowed down they still took the time to discuss with us options going forward.
