Harlan has been absolutely brilliant, a true star. His patience, tact, professionalism and knowledge of the market are all exemplary. He has been uniformly positive, humorous and helpful throughout our lengthy and stressful selling process. He is always available, if he does not answer he always returns the call very quickly. The fact that we complete on Friday is almost entirely due to him. Daniel was equally helpful while Harlan was on holiday. The entire staff are focused, friendly, knowledgeable and cheerful.
