23rd Nov 2024 (25 weeks ago)Verity Frearson are the largest estate agent in Harrogate, and in my opinion are handling too many properties simultaneously. As a result they aren't able to give each property the desired attention and exposure. They are also so busy they are very rarely available to take your call and often don't get back to you.
24th Jun 2021 (3 years ago)Never really felt like my property was a priority to Myrings, didn't get a lot of viewings, the ones I did I had to do them, was told I had priced it too high......they set the price!

12th Aug 2024 (9 mo. ago)We changed to FSS from another agent who we were not happy with. FSS were efficient, always pick up the phone when you call and always available to do viewings. They give sound advice and we would recommend them to anyone.

My agent Ben really went above and beyond for what turned out to be a difficult conveyancing experience but we got there in the end! I would definitely recommend Nested for a bespoke service you don’t get elsewhere.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
21st Dec 2024 (21 weeks ago)Fantastic service throughout the process. Having bought and sold many properties over the years this sale was hassle free. I asked 3 agents to value and Ezmuve fees and valuation were spot on. Zee and his team took away the hassle of distance selling a property as I live over 100 miles away. They managed all viewings and key holding and provided a personal service throughout going the extra mile which was greatly appreciated. Would have no hesitation to recommend Ezmuve!
22nd Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)I have dealt with thomlinsons for nearly 13 years and have always found the staff to be friendly if I had any issues they were dealt with as soon as they could I have mostly dealt with Jane Bruce at wetherby what a lovely lady Jane is my emails and calls were always replied to as soon as possible I have not ever not had a response Jane is knowledgeable on all aspects of housing matters and is a kind caring lady I would not hesitate to use thomlinsons again

Throughout the whole process, they have been professional, efficient, helpful and caring, something which was appreciated as we know that moving house can be daunting. They have gone over and above in terms of arranging viewings, providing additional information and ensuring that I understood the next steps. There was a personal touch with the same person keeping me updated, providing regular updates and clear information. I have moved to a lovely area and I loved the house on the first viewing. I would recommend using Silverspring. Whilst they provide the same quality of service as larger Estate Agents, including compliance with regulations, what I really appreciated was having the same person contact me throughout and always being available when I called. For me, at a time of change and uncertainty, they were reliable, supportive and professional and this helped me find the whole process much easier.

The full process has been seamless and the staff at Monroe were extremely professional and always on hand to put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend.
