I had my property on the market for 3 and a half months with a very well known agent. I reduced the price of my property on the agents advice. Weeks went by with no luck.... Until Lisa knocked on my door and said that she was sure that she could sell the property,,, and oh boy was she right. Lisa had 5 viewings in 2 days. Within 4 weeks I had 3 offers. I was kept updated by both Lisa and Rizwon and found their upbeat manner refreshing. Knightsbridge Estate agent are plain talinkg in a way that the average person can understand. I found an onward property to move into.. Lisa even chased these for me when they were dragging their heals. Thank you Lisa, not only my estate agent, but my new friend... Read more

I previously worked here. I would recommend for you to run a mile when concidering purchasing a property or renting a property through them. I can confirm they do NOT register deposits and the director Riz actually spends it on him self and his girlfriend Sam who also works there. I witnessed the sales team taking under the table cash from buyers to ensure they get the property at a cheaper price. Riz does not tell the landlords the truth about there property ie. If the tenant refuses to pay rent. He constantly ducks and dives from them. He has rented out garages as "studios apartments" make shift and extremely dangerous. He has no care for health and safety. His main priority is to make the most money and does not care about putting anyone's life as risk. They will also take your property and give it to other agents to rent out as a hmo with no hmo licence!! They do this so they are not implicated if caught. However the landlord with be left with a heavy fine of at least £10000 for allowing the property to be let illegally however they have no clue that that is the case!! His contractors do not have any liability insurance and not registered. Run a mile if they contact you!!!... Read more

Think twice before going here. They promise the world but don't deliver on any count. My agent put any work in and didn't advertise in all the normal places that their competitors do. Inexplicably she was always on days off whenever I phoned their office and didn't even have the courtesy to reply to emails or phone calls. Shoddy at best.... Read more

I have been with them for 6 years. Nice communication, they've been good on sorting the emergencies quite quick. Very professional when I left and Rizwan is the person that can make the difference.
