I have just completed on the purchase of a bungalow in Portchester that was handled by L.V.Noons and can highly recommend Greg. He was friendly yet professional and always happy to help with any queries I had over the last 6 months. The purchase took a long time as the sale of my properly fell through the first time. The whole process has been very stressful, as it usually is with house moving, but Greg was always there to help in a calm and efficient manner. If you are thinking of selling in the area then consider using Noons because I can certainly recommend them from a buyers point of view.

Having viewed our new home in February with Greg we made our offer which was accepted. With the onset of lockdown this put our plans on hold but Greg was more than helpful during this period. Following lockdown being lifted with Gregs Support we managed to complete our purchase.
Greg was always available for additional viewings and we recommend him highly.

Very friendly estate agents, Greg is very knowledgeable about Portchester and the building of the houses, which is nice. Greg was very good in booking viewings when convenient for us. If it wasn't for Greg we wouldn't have our forever home. Definitely recommend Noons estate agent as a friendly local business

Fantastic service from this estate agents. Always at the end of the phone even after work. Booked viewings in a group so I didn't have to always keep my place viewing ready. Just had notice and they were booked for the Sunday afternoon. I went out with the family and they called me when viewings were finished. Brilliant as in the past I have had calls from the agent Pearsons wanting to view at a moments notice and worried about my families left breakfast on the side. Thankfully sale agreed before this horrible pandemic lock down. But if you are thinking of moving use Greg and co nothing but the best .

Greg is not your usual Estate Agent, but in a good way! He handled my parents house sale, following my Dads passing, professionally, but more importantly for me at the time, with a huge degree of empathy. He knew the emotional pressures that I was under, not to mention trying to manage the whole process 100 miles away from my own home. It was this level of understanding, which made the sale as easy as it could be under the circumstances. I would have no hesitation in recommending LV Noon.

Dispite being disinstructed on a property we were in a chain. Not Noons fault the guy in the shop Gary I think made me a tea and was supportive. If I even move again will use them.

We are currently purchasing a property through Greg at LV Noon. From the get go he has been friendly and professional. He always has time to take your calls and is very flexible with last minute viewings. Every time we have viewed a property with him it's never been rushed and he has lots of knowledge to answer our questions. He has been very accommodating when we have needed access to the property in regards to our surveys and searches. We would use LV Noon to sell in future.
