By far the worst estate agent h I have rented with. Only was with the company 3months and had already decided that I was not renewing my 12month contract. If you wish to have bad experience ripped off, have to complete work to the property yourself " could not lock my my door for 7 months, contacted landlord to change locks myself" with other small jobs. Not listened to at all, and have a stressful rent these would be the perfect company for you.

I phoned to arrange a viewing of a rental property in September to be told some one would get back to me as the property was still being lived in. Waited and waited . I contacted them after no reply to be told it had been rented. A phone call back would have been nice .

While pleasant and welcoming in attracting business their attitude changes at the point at which you need them to get something done. They seem incompetent in carrying out even basic tasks, and are frequently rude when they have to be chased up.
