6th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I have used White &Sons Flat Rental Management services for a number of properties over the last 7 years and in all that time the service has never been short of exemplary. The team are professional, efficient, reliable and give a great sense of confidence in providing tenants with the best experience possible. From lettings to on going maintenance I have been extremely impressed and highly recommend their service.

People on the phone are friendly when you call but estate agents pretend they don't know details of the property and you don't get the full information on the ads. Viewed a property that was of a non standard construction but the agent didn't tell me and nor did the advert. I put an offer down, which got accepted until a friend told me they're near impossible to get a mortgage on. I called the agent and asked she said "oh I'm not sure, the home owners think it might be, but are also not sure", when it is. Told her I couldn't get a mortgage on that and got hit with "use our brokers, they'll get you one." I've since pulled my offer, the advert went back up and still hasn't been updated to say "non standard construction".

Katie has been my main source of contact the whole time and helps me communicate with the landlord and keeps everything organized. Shes so helpful, quick at responding, easy communication, nothing is too much and she makes sure everything gets done for me.

Charlie came to estimate the sale price of my house and was really upfront and honest, I felt I could trust him immediately as he was saying his honest opinions rather than what I might want to hear as other estate agents had done. Frances was great througout, arranging my viewing of properties for me to buy and always prompt and helpful. Then finally Sam has been really tenacious in getting my purchase through and driving the solicitors onwards. Thanks to you all so much! A really great experience.

Chantelle in particular kept the process flowing smoothly liaising with the various parties. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

It was a very slick and professional service and when I need more tenants I will be straight back to him.

She had to deal with a lot of issues that kept cropping up and dealing with them admirably. It never seemed to be a problem for her and her can do attitude made everything for us a lot easier and smoother. Very professional and highly capable of doing her job for which we are grateful. We bought one house and sold two with them and every single time they went above and beyond. Communicating everything at every step and chasing everyone. When difficulties arose, they suggested creative solutions to overcome those and get to the finish line. I wouldn't work with anybody else.
19th Apr 2024 (1 day ago)Where do we start? Jackson Bailey were 10/10 when selling our home. During what was an incredibly protracted process, which took six months from start to finish; Ben and the team kept in continual contact and chased where needed to ensure that the relevant progress was made. Having sold with JB, but purchased through a useless purple online agent (whose own ‘sales progression’ service was dreadful, talk about ‘commisery!’); Ben had to step-in and liaise on both our sale and purchase; doing the job of our seller’s agent at times too! Communication was clear, constant and effective, and we found the WhatsApp group an excellent way of getting updates outside of normal working hours. A refreshing change from having to leave constant voicemails to other agents in the chain. Overall, a justifiably FIVE STAR service from Jackson Bailey. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell in the local area and cannot thank them enough for their efforts.
19th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)I had so many troubles with Nexa at the beginning of as 1 staff did not set up my account and following the case properly. I did make an internal complaint and after that things get improved. And the senior member took over the case and handled a little better from now on. I did give them 1 star before. Consider things move on and everything goes well as it should be. I am happy to give them 4stars now. Hope they can keep up with the work and can do business in long time with them.

8th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)After slow progress with our first agent, we switched to Steve Grantham based on a recommendation, and we couldn’t be happier. The photography of our home was completed soon after instruction, and to a very high standard. As a result, and even in times of economic uncertainty and rising interest-rates, we had several viewings very early on. From day one, through to completion and beyond, communication was exceptional. We loved the personalised approach, where everything was dealt with professionally and timely. No waiting for letters, no lengthy emails – just quick and easy action. This took a lot of stress out of the moving process and ensured that we completed on both our sale and purchase in just 8 weeks. We’ll definitely be recommending Steve to others.
