Chloe really sympathised and took time to understand the situation and what I required and the timeframe needed. She took the time to explain the process leaders take to ensure everyone viewing gets the same chance as anyone else; this felt extremely reassuring and really helped me feel hope after a stressful time. Thank you so much to Chloe for being a credit to not only Leaders but the profession too. Your compassion and professionalism shines.

5th Oct 2024 (8 weeks ago)After just loosing my mum and never having sold a house or brought before me and my dad had no idea where to start, the estate agents we was selling our property with in Surrey was awful complete lack of communication and respect, we was so worried we would loose the house we put a offer in for port Solent but marina Lifes was amazing Maria got straight onto the estate agents/solicitors and helped us every step of the way, it was a long process from our side but nothing was to much trouble they reassured us every step of the way. On collection of keys they even gave us a lovely bottle of champagne and was also happy for us. We still receive emails now from them asking if everything is okay we couldn’t ask for better estate agents. They helped contact our solicitor and explained every step of the process to us. When needing to get into the property to measure up it was never a problem. We was always letting him by smiling estate agent. We will definitely be using these for any future properties and highly recommend, thank you so much for your help. You made buying a property so much easier at such a tough time. I couldn’t

I couldn't help but think how dose he know this, I never gave any information nor did he ask for any. I won't be using these people for anything, honesty shows a person's true character.- 5th Nov 2024 (27 days ago)Kept charging me rent even after I turned in the keys and ended the lease AND they charged me £260 for cleaning when I already had my own private cleaner.

I would highly recommend them.They take pride in their sales and purchases, they help to relieve the stresses of moving house. We felt sure as soon as we met them that they were the right team, and our instincts were spot on. We used them to sell my elderly mother’s house where she had been for over 60 years. From the initial proceeding when John came to value the house to Selina and Kirsty showing prospective buyers around to Chantelle doing all the conveyancing at the end and all the rest of the team, they all put her at ease and very aware of unsettling but exciting the next chapter of her life would be.Chantelle is a godsend They were prompt in response to emails and made the whole process seamless with a professional demeanor when dealing with awkward buyers and slow solicitors. Everybody was there to lend a listening ear, offer up advice when I needed it and kept me abreast of any given situation. They all emit a sensitivity, understanding and kindness that help you smile in those stressful moments. They are prepared to help with anything that is over and above their work, their negotiation skills are second to none Pick Chapplins and Chapplins don’t change your ethos you are a winning team Thank You from the bottom of our hearts

I’ve not had a great experience being a tenant previously and wasn’t always treated with courtesy and respect by estate agent teams, but W&W have been so professional, responsive and helpful even when short staffed. Maisie, our go-to contact, is excellent and Sarah who has helped out a couple of times too is also great. It's hands down the best letting service in the area, and I highly recommend them. Sophie, the current property manager, is outstanding.

He was professional, responsive and understanding. Estate agents don’t have the best reputation generally but Neil goes a long way to reverse that - he offers something different.

20th Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)I couldn’t have asked for more from Jack @ Abshott Estates. Communication is key and all parties involved in the sale were kept informed and up to date. I’m probably unaware of most of the hard work that went on behind the scenes making the whole process as stress free as possible when you are moving house. All that’s left for me is to unpack all the boxes.

27th Nov 2024 (5 days ago)We sold through Bernard’s Waterlooville in December 2020 and they were such an attentive, efficient and supportive team, me and my husband were delighted to hear that a lot of the same people had moved to the Fareham branch so we could deal with them all over again with our new house move this year as I felt we built such a good rapport and have a good working relationship with them from the previous time. We started with contacting Chris again as he was just brilliant last time and oversaw our house sale last time. He swiftly got the process started and we had viewings galore soon booked. And not long after, potential buyers produced some offers.. The process was not without a bit of unluck though as we lost houses that we wanted due to troublesome sellers but whenever we lost our own buyer if the chain fell apart, Bernard’s were super quick to sort it out and get us another buyer. Chris really kindly offered to get our mortgage underway with Bernard’s too to speed up the process, waivering the brokerage fee for us (perhaps as a goodwill gesture as we used the company before) which was brilliant and so good of him. Vicky got our mortgage all sorted and passed for us all in a morning which was again just first class service. Once our chain was more established, the sale was dealt with by Toby. Right from the get go, Toby was really efficient, attentive to keeping us updated, professional and friendly and determined to get this sale through for us as quickly as possible. We had issues with our solicitors which Toby persevered to press them for timely responses right until the end. He was brilliant at contacting the entire chain to ensure contact was retained and all moving parts of the chain were resolved as quickly as possible. Although the sale of our house and subsequent purchase was not without its ups and downs, Bernard’s facilitated as smooth a process as possible for us with a first class service to match as always. The guys (and Vicky) are a credit to the company. And although we have previously recommended them to both my parents and my sister (who then used them), we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking to purchase a house if you want an exceptional service. We would only ever contact them alone if we ever needed to move house again (hopefully only if needed now to downsize when we retire!!!!).
