14th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)If you have a property to let out, do not use these Estate Agents. I have been trying to get them to pay out for the damages that was caused when the tenant moved out. They let out my home on a "no deposit basis" and then took out insufficient insurance to pay out for significant damages. That was 4 months ago and I still haven't been able to move back home!- This agent doesn't have any reviews
- 9th Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Dean and Nicola handled our sale. The purchaser made the process drawn out and quite stressful but Dean and team were superb. In particular they were very responsive to all messages and communicated constantly - so even when the delays were stressful we had the very welcome contact and reassurance we needed. I have to say we were very a little embarrassed by the commission rate for the amount of work they did. Great value for money. Professional at all times and lovely to deal with. Big thank you. (Ps review site is odd - tapped the far right star in most cases and assume this registered 5*. It would be better if the stars turned gold so you knew for sure what you were scoring).

They became more like friends. We are sorry to have had to leave them. Keep u the good work ????????????????????????
10th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)We bought our current property through Chambers Estate Agents 10 years ago and were so impressed with the service we received, we decided to sell the property through them. We were not disappointed, they suggested a good price for our property and unlike some other estate agents they secured it. The communication during the sale has been excellent and they have been proactive in managing our chain, which has been key in securing a positive outcome. We can not recommend them highly enough, big is not always better and the independents like Chambers can offer a more personal service. Thanks Richard to you and your team you provided an excellent service.

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. 10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We would have no hesitation in recommending Jack and his team. Our house sold within 2 weeks because in our opinion it was priced correctly. A WhatsApp group was set up so we were all in the loop as the move progressed, this was great for information about viewings too. If we had any questions we messaged and Jack or Robin answered promptly. The 5 stars are well deserved as friendliness and professionalism goes a long way, Fairmonts have both of these and more. Not sure we will move again but if we did we would be calling them 100%.
