Kamal Patel, the new block manager from TLC, is friendly, understanding and hardworking, and is now doing everything he can, including working beyond normal office hours, to address our concerns and ensure the property is set to rights. We are very grateful for his efforts!

She is pragmatic, always ready with an effective solution and a calming person to deal with nothing seems too much for her which is just what you want from someone looking after your property.

Communication is excellent and I feel valued as a client. Currently, the sale is not yet complete, but I anticipate - and hope - the process will continue just as smoothly with regard to Pearsons’ role.

We sold our property from the other side of the world and they made the process easy. We never felt worried to pick up the phone and ask questions and they always replied to emails the same day. They were aware of our time difference and always called at times that suited us. They were honest, straightforward and always friendly. We felt like their main priority at all times and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

When the property became available they were able to accommodate me straight away. They've been nothing less than absolutely amazing during the entire purchasing process. Any questions/concerns I had they immediately answered and helped with the whole first time buying process - To the point where most of the time they were calling me to make sure I'm up to date with everything that passes through them. Couldn't recommend this company enough. Thanks!

We accepted an offer on the Thursday! Really great communication with our private WhatsApp group. This meant information and questions could be answered very quickly and easily. Ben was always contactable too by phone if we had more in-depth questions. 5 star Service!! We 100% would use Jackson Bailey again and have recommended to all our family and friends.
