They suggested putting my property in Port Solent on the market at a higher price than that advised by another agent and I received the full asking price on the first viewing.! If your a buyer don't use them there only on the sellers side and will point the finger at everyone else IE solicitor , savayer as they don't take any responsibility for the buyer poor action in any way . They will promise to get back to you but they don't all they care about this the split of the money . Sellers your love them buyer beware.... Read more

Very friendly and professional staff from the outset and managed to arrange an interim rental in what were very difficult circumstances for us. The purchase we were making was handled in a very personal way especially considering we have been in a 'lockdown' situation. The timescale for the purchase worked out very much as predicted and their staff were always available, kept in touch with the legal side of things, and updated us regularly on progress as things developed. I could not recommend Jeffries to anyone. The service we received was terrible. Promises were not kept, calls were not returned and for everything that did go wrong there was always an excuse that meant it was not Jeffries fault. At one point in the selling process they agreed to reduce our fee by £250 because of all the mistakes made. However when the final invoice came out they "accidentally" had charged the full amount. Fortunately I questioned this with my solicitor and it was reduced. However this was indicative of the whole experience we had with them. If you are looking for an estate agent try any one but Jeffries.... Read more
