I used Jeffries & Dibbens simply because they were handling my purchase and I'm so glad I did. They suggested putting my property in Port Solent on the market at a higher price than that advised by another agent and I received the full asking price on the first viewing.! They were in regular (weekly at least) contact with me throughout the whole process and were so knowledgeable and helpful, particularly Hayley. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

If your a buyer don't use them there only on the sellers side and will point the finger at everyone else IE solicitor , savayer as they don't take any responsibility for the buyer poor action in any way . They will promise to get back to you but they don't all they care about this the split of the money . Sellers your love them buyer beware.
