Well, where to start! We live abroad and came back to the UK to help my parents downsize to a more suitable property. We had seen a couple of agents in their local area but hadn't clicked with them, so we continued to sort their property, while looking at potential areas for them to move to.
We'd seen a property in Portchester through Nesbitts and asked to view. It turned out to be the best decision! My parents fell in love with the property and the next day, Marc came out to my parents place as he already had a potential buyer in mind. Two hours later, we had an offer on the table, without even listing the property on the open market!
What should have been a stressful process was actually much less so. Marc has been great to deal with, is super responsive and comes back quickly to answer any questions.
And eight (ish) weeks after we first viewed the property, my parents have sold their bungalow and are now moved into their dream home.

After trying several other estate agents and not getting anywhere we went with Nesbitts as we liked Marc and his honest straight forward approach. He managed to sell our house when no one else had and during a difficult and exhausting process he was kind and effective throughout. He never once made me feel stupid which I really appreciated. I honestly don't think our move would have gone ahead without his diligence and care. I hope to God I never have to move again but can say with a hundred percent certainty that if I did I would only go with Nesbitts. Thank you for everything.

Had a really stressful time before Marc came and on the scene and made us believe that selling your home isn't too bad after all. He came round and took photo's and even said, if the weather wasn't good, he'd come back and retake them. He didn't need to, as sold our house within a couple of days.
Well, couldn't have asked for a better service from Marc. Very supportive, kept us informed at every stage, answered silly questions and went out if his way to accommodate the buyer too.
We can't rate Marc highly enough.
